Sunshine Stay’s is a locally owned and operated business, proudly created by long-time resident Sarah Irwin.

Having called this beautiful area home for over 20 years, I followed my passion for property around four years ago by creating and renovating a small portfolio of holiday homes. Every detail, from the layout to the finishing touches, has been carefully designed and styled by me, using beautiful products.

My husband and I wanted to share the magic of Sunshine Beach with visitors while ensuring that guests could bring along their beloved pets. After all, one thing that became especially clear during Covid was just how important our families—and pets—are to us.

Our goal was to go beyond “just pet friendly.” We wanted to create luxurious, stylish, and welcoming spaces where every guest feels at home. My guiding principle has always been: “Would I want to stay here on holiday?” I truly believe the answer is yes.
